Order Information
All our battery prices include VAT and delivery.
All batteries are well packed so that they can withstand the odd knock or bump in transit.
We check all batteries before dispatch to ensure they are in great condition.
If by some chance a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know. You will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, wait until the product is available or select an alternative product, the choice will be completely yours.
Delivery Information
Batteries are normally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your confirmed order and payment.
If we recieve an order before 12pm we aim to dispatch the battery the same day on a next working day service.
We do not dispatch on the weekends and our couriers do not normally deliver on the weekends.
Some Saturday deliveries are available by special arrangement however they will be delivery surcharges added to the order and can only be arrange by telephoning one of our customer service operators.
For large batteries and multiple battery orders we may use a pallet carrier to deliver your order.
Please note that there must be access for a truck in order to deliver large orders or large batteries. As the batteries can be extremely heavy, please make sure you have help if required to move the batteries once you take delivery of them. These large orders may take an extra day or so to make its way to you.
We use trusted national couriers and pallet delivery companies to get your orders to you.
Batteries are heavy items, can sometimes be awkward and contain hazardous chemicals, so please take care when you recieve them.
Please always check your order before signing for it from the delivery company.
Please open the package outside in the unlikely event the product may be damaged inside the packaging
Wet Lead Acid batteries will be shipped with transport plugs/bungs, this will be clearly labelled on the battery.
Please remove these when you recieve your battery.
Some smaller and lower value items may be sent by Royal Mail.
If there is any problems or damages please notify us straight away and take pictures where possible.
Bulk/Multiple Orders
We may be able to offer discounts with bulk or multiple battery orders, please contact us with what you want and we will work out the best price available taking into account all discounts we get from the transport companies.
Delivery Areas
For single unit orders sent by courier (up to 30kg) these can be delivered through out mainland UK with the exception of the following areas where a delivery surcharge is required

We deliver next day to area A and B included in the price
For C in Northern Scotland and the Scottish Higlands there is a £11.00 delivery
surcharge per package.
We are unable to deliver wet batteries to Northern Ireland (C) or areas D and E
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand,
batteries are heavy, awkward and hazardous items so restrictions are placed
on us by the transport companies.
Please Note : ISLE OF WIGHT & ISLES OF SCILLY has a £7.80
For large orders dispatched by pallet, there are also exceptions with a surcharge necessary for some areas.
We do not like charging more than we have to, but our transport partners require the surcharges to be able to deliver to these areas.
